Septic System Designs
It is possible for Detroit Lakes MN property owners to install their own septic system, provided that it is an In-Ground System. Be sure that you have a very good understanding of on site sewage treatment before attempting installation. A mistake may cost you big time down the road.
Many different factors may prohibit installation of an in-ground septic design. Soil type, property setbacks, lot size, well location, property slope, ect., all must be carefully considered when evaluating an individual site. Most types of Septic System Designs, including Mound Systems, Pressure Beds or At-Grade Systems must be installed by a MN Licensed Septic Professional.
